Rate Policy:
Rates are subject to change based on occupancy, market conditions and business demands. Please contact our team at the Front Desk for most current rates. Change in reservation dates may affect the rates / discounts offered to you. Government taxes are extra as applicable from time to time. These are subject to change as per Government policies.

Arrival / Departure / Cancel / Date Change Policy:
Check-In: 2 pm
Check-Out: 12 noon

Hotel does not guarantee an early check-in. Early check-in is based on room availability. Extra fee may be applicable for early check-ins. We recommend that you book an additional night to ensure room is ready for an early morning arrival.
Hotel does not guarantee a late check-out. Please contact our Front Desk on the day of departure to check if we can accommodate such requests. Please understand that we are unable to offer late check-outs if that room is scheduled for an arrival that day. This policy is in place to ensure we can deliver our rooms to our arriving guests on time and to avoid any inconvenience to them. Extra fee may be applicable for late check-outs.
Rooms are held until 12 midnight on day of arrival for all confirmed reservations. Reservations are considered a No-Show after that. No-Shows are charged at 100% of booking amount.
Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made prior to 7 days from the arrival date will be refunded in full.
Reservation Change: Please note that reservation changes may result in rate changes, etc. Pls contact our Front Desk team for details.

Refund Policy:

Reservations eligible for refund will be processed within 1 week of approval from the accounts team and the executive office. Refunds will not be issued in cash. All payments will be processed through bank / UPI transfers only. Please check with your banking institution for their respective refund time periods. Bank refund policies vary from bank to bank and depend on the mode of payment. The hotel is not responsible for delays in refunds due to bank policies.

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfers, PhonePe and Cash for payment.
Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for entire stay will be collected at time of check-in.
The Hotel does not collect advance payment to secure incidental charges. Please settle any such charges at the respective outlets.
Guests are required to settle all pending charges, if any, at the time of check-out.
Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when booking your reservations. We are unable to offer policy exceptions in such cases.

Occupancy:
Max Occupancy: 2 adults.

Young children may stay for free with their parents using existing bedding.

There is a fee for extra beds in rooms. Please contact reception for availability of roll-away beds at the time of check-in.

Photo Identity:

The Hotel is legally required to collect Government issued photo ID’s of all guests at the time of check-in. Copy of Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, Passport or voters’ card are acceptable form of ID’s.
Foreign nationals must produce a copy of their passport with visa and entry stamp from immigration.
Other travel information will also be collected as required by law.

Smoking Policy:
We are a smoke free property. All our rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of INR. 2500 will be charged to guest folio for smoking in rooms. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.

Damage to Hotel Property:
Guests will be held liable for any damage, theft or vandalism to hotel property. Guests will be charged appropriately for such damages. In certain cases, legal action including reporting to local law enforcement may also be pursued by hotels management.

Guest Personal Belongings and / or Valuables:
Hotel and management are not responsible for loss of guest personal items including cash or valuables. Please ensure your valuables are secure in your room when you leave your room. Safety deposit lockers are available complimentary for guest use. Please contact Front Desk to check availability.

Our housekeeping team will be servicing your rooms daily. Please advise us if you do not wish to avail of this service or if you would like your room serviced in your presence.
