Hotel does not guarantee an early check-in. Early check-in is based on room availability. Half day rates may apply for check-in requests earlier than 12 noon. We recommend that you book an additional night to ensure room is ready for an early morning arrival.
Hotel does not guarantee a late check-out. Please contact our Front Desk on the day of departure to check if we can accommodate such requests. Please understand that we are unable to offer late check-outs if that room is scheduled for an arrival that day. This policy is in place to ensure we can deliver our rooms to our arriving guests on time and to avoid any inconvenience to them. Half day rates may apply for check-out requests past 2 pm.
Rooms are held until 12 midnight on day of arrival for all confirmed reservations. Reservations are considered a No-Show after that. No-Show fees apply for such reservations.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfers, PhonePe and Cash for payment.
Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for entire stay will be collected at time of check-in.
All guests are required to settle all pending charges upon check-out.
Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when booking your reservations. We are unable to offer policy exceptions in such cases.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund policies vary depending on reservation dates and packages. Please check your reservation for the accurate cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.
Our 48-Hour Cancel Policy
100% refund will be made on all cancellations received 48 hours prior to check-in time and date.
1 night room + tax will be charged for all cancellations received within cancellation period.
1 night room + tax will be charged for all No-Show reservations.
Refunds will be processed after receiving approval from our accounting and executive office. Once issued, the hotel will release the full / part payment you made. You will receive the credit after a certain amount of days depending on your bank or the bank issuing the credit card used for reservation. Pls follow up with your bank for exact timeline.

Max Occupancy: 3 adults / 2 adults + 1 child (0-4 y/o). There is a fee for extra beds in rooms.
All guests are required to produce a valid Government issued ID at check-in. Copy of passport with valid visa required for all foreign nationals. Other travel information will also be collected as required by law.
All our rooms are non-smoking. INR 1000 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
Damage to Hotel Property:
Guests will be held liable for any damage, theft or vandalism of hotel property. Guests will be charged appropriately for such damages. In certain cases, legal action including reporting to local law enforcement may also be pursued by hotels management.
Guest Personal Belongings and / or Valuables:
Hotel and management are not responsible for loss of guest personal items including cash or valuables. Please ensure your valuables are secure in your room when you leave your room. Safety deposit lockers are available complimentary for guest use. Please contact Front Desk to check availability.
Our housekeeping team will be servicing your rooms daily. Please advise us if you do not wish to avail of this service or if you would like your room serviced in your presence.
